Herrenstra\u00dfe is where the Jindrak story began!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Kommerzialrat Leo Jindrak I, grandfather of today\u2019s company owner Leo Jindrak III, opened the first Jindrak confectionery on Herrenstra\u00dfe in 1929.
In 1971, his son Leo Jindrak II took over the business, renovated the caf\u00e9s, and opened Jindrak Pikant, which remains popular today for its savory sandwiches and tasty lunch menus.
Today, on Herrenstra\u00dfe, you\u2019ll find a confectionery, a traditional coffeehouse on the first floor, and the modern Jindrak Art Caf\u00e9 \u2013 each offering a unique experience of Austrian craftsmanship and indulgence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the Jindrak confectionery on Herrenstra\u00dfe, you\u2019ll find not only our most famous creation \u2013 the Original Linzer Torte \u2013 but also a wide variety of homemade specialties crafted with care and tradition. Artfully crafted cakes, slices, strudels, pastries, and pralines are waiting to be discovered. You\u2019ll also find inspiration for exquisite gift ideas in our confectionery.
