The Osterpinze is a true classic of Austrian baking tradition – freshly baked at Konditorei Jindrak exclusively in the weeks before Easter.
For the fluffy yeast dough, we use only premium flour, fresh eggs and pure Austrian butter. The result is a pastry that stands out for its quality, craftsmanship and unmistakable flavour.
Available in four different sizes – perfect for gifting or sharing at the Easter brunch table.
Ingredients
Wheat flour, sultanas, butter, milk, whole egg, potatoes, sugar, candied fruits (orange peel, lemons, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier (E 330), preservative (E 220)), hazelnuts, whole milk powder, yeast, invert sugar syrup, table salt, natural citrus flavor (sugar, wheat starch, orange peel granulate, flavor extract), sunflower oil, flavoring.
